Prophet Nigel Gaisie, the founder and leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel, has stated that he does not owe anyone an explanation for his prophecies. Recently, he faced public scrutiny after predicting a woman would become President of the United States in the 2024 election, a prophecy that did not come true.
His prophecy stated, “I see a woman leader in the United States.” While this aspect was fulfilled, the prediction that Harris would “lead the world” did not materialize; she lost decisively to former President Trump, who returned to office. Following the election, social media users revisited Gaisie’s prophecy, sparking widespread discussion and leading some to label him a false prophet.
Speaking on UTV’s United Showbiz program, Prophet Gaisie acknowledged that, as a prophet, he sometimes makes mistakes. However, he insisted he had not erred in his prophecy about Kamala Harris and claimed to have another recording predicting Trump’s return as President. He emphasized that he is under no obligation to explain his prophecies to anyone, as they are based on divine visions.
“Sometimes prophets get things wrong, but I’m not saying I was wrong in this instance,” he said. “No prophet is absolute. It’s up to you whether to believe or not. If you believe, we bless God; if you don’t, I’m fine with that. I know my calling and that God called me to this work, even if it’s not for everyone
He further added that prophecy should not be analyzed with “academic or common understanding” but should align with scripture, as this is most important.
